As part of my ongoing work with the not-for-profit organisation, The What I See Project, I was involved in the organisation of a UK launch event, celebrating the official launch of the project and marking the completion of the launch campaign.
Working alongside a team, the event was put on at The Science Museum in London and had more than 300 guests including top female industry names. My responsibilities included securing food and drink sponsors and items for the gift bags, inviting key media and online influencers and securing numbers, creating the social media strategy for the evening and assisting in the set up and timeline on the night.
A short film was premiered on the night to more than 300 guests, as well as various installations set up for guests to get involved in the project.
