As part of the promotional campaign for a patented range of ANTIshokk shoes from German footwear label Tamaris, I was in charge of creating and implementing a creative blogger campaign to promote the ANTIshokk collection and engage bloggers with the brand.
The main aims were to increase awareness of the brand within the UK market, bond the blogger community with the brand moving forward and prove the durability of the ANTIshokk technology in a real and honest way.
I came up with a tried and tested concept to put the ANTIshokk technology and its claims of comfort to the test with a shoe challenge. 10 influential UK bloggers were chosen due to their influence and relevance for the brand and tasked with trialling a pair of the shoes in an average ‘day in the life’, documenting the experience, their thoughts and review of the technology across their blogs and social media. Top bloggers including Girl in the Lens, Shiny Thoughts and Fashionista Barbie were among those involved.
The brand received a significant increase in social media throughout the campaign and a great level of buzz was generated online for the ANTIshokk range. All 10 blog posts were extremely positive through an honest review and the boot style featured sold out on the brand’s website following the campaign.
